Description
This was originally supposed to be a sister piece to 'Kimono Lady', and it sort of is, but um... Well, she was supposed to have a green umbrella in this one, but I wanted to work with lighting on the kimono and needed a strong light source so I made it a lantern instead! And a fan because, hey, fans are nice too!
This is also a lot softer than my first piece. Yay experimentation!
Now, this is completely unrelated but... I really want to see this chick and kimono girl fighting. Like, she's have her lantern and throw it on the ground and then there's fire everywhere and then WOAH, her stick becomes a stabbing stick, then kimono lady is like, 'I'm gonna stab you with my umbrella yo!' and then stuff happens.
You know what? I'm gonna draw that. I so want to draw that. Someone remind me to draw that.
[And now I should probably go finish my bioremediation cheatsheet even though that exam is next saturday. You heard me. But I'm guilt tripping myself because that's the only way I get things done. I have a programming exam on tuesday that I should probably study for (and by studying I mean memorizing code) but I'll get it to when I get to it.]

Love the contrast between her and kimono girl. Though you say their different I see them as different but the same. I love them both =]
I think I especially like this one too because of the lighting effects of the lantern and the shadows in the corners. Very pretty.
