Guardian of Fall

This was originally supposed to be a magma mermaid with rock boobs. Now it's a... some sort of fire fox with electronic tattoos and rock boobs. And an actual fire fox.

It started snowing as I was painting this and since I love snow so much I decided to make it winter themed! So, if you want my SUPER IN-DEPTH ARTISTIC STATEMENT, this represents the end of fall and all that is warm and the start of winter.

I've really enjoyed painting this one, especially the fox girl's face (her gradient arms were pretty fun as well). I tend to suck at giving characters emotions, but I've somehow managed to create what I think is a genuine smile.

For a study time de-stresser, I think it ended up pretty good. I might draw more of this character (I call her Ellis in my head, but that's only because that's the name of our civil engineering building here and civil is my first exam, so HARHAR) and her apparently fox-spliced-with-slinky-DNA later on.
